FEES & CONTRACTS

WHEN TO BOOK?

All classes are customized to the state or states specified. To allow for sufficient time to prepare state-specific class notes and for timely delivery, printing and/or distribution, we recommend finalizing all contracts four months before the presentation date. Later contracts or last-minute contracts will be priced on a case-by-case basis.
We book speaking engagements on a "first-come, first serve" basis and will not hold specific dates until a written final contract is signed and accepted. The contract can include a provision to reserve dates but allow additional time to select courses.

"Therefore, in all constructions of certificates, where the expression is doubtful, the natural bounds ought to be adhered to, as the most certain guide to ascertain the matter; that no rule was better established, than that, where the course and distance in a certificate is repugnant to the natural boundary, or is doubtfully expressed; the course must be disregarded, and the bounds adhered to.  "
